Under his leadership, the global DuPont IT team enables business execution and growth, employee productivity, portfolio agility, and the protection of information assets. In addition, DuPont IT is growing a digital innovation practice as well as designing the future-state foundational ERP/data environment to support the new DuPont.

Prior to joining DuPont, Steve held the role of CIO for Mars, Incorporated. He then became president of Mars Global Services, after designing and launching this cross-functional, leveraged services organization to achieve increased effectiveness and efficiency.

Steve earned an MBA from Seton Hall University, and a B.S. in Computer Science & Applied Mathematics from the State University of NY at Albany. He is the executive sponsor of the company’s LGBTQ+ employee resource group, DuPont Pride, and is an active member of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Delaware. He and his wife have four children and enjoy a variety of interests, including wine grape-growing and competitive horse show-jumping.
