DuPont Ethics Hotline
Questions or concerns regarding an ethical situation, potential employee misconduct, violations of the DuPont Code of Conduct, or DuPont policies and procedures should be addressed with local line management or reported to the ethics hotline.
Such situations may include (not exhaustive):
The ethics hotline is accessible globally by web or phone through a toll-free number which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. DuPont employees/contractors and external parties can contact the ethics hotline anonymously, and all calls are confidential.
Ethics Hotline Web Portal: https://dupont.ethicspoint.com
This site has helpful tools and support resources to help you find what you need faster. When reporting an issue or asking a question, a country-specific hotline number is provided as an alternative to submitting the report or inquiry online.
Ethics Hotline Mobile Intake: dupont-mobile.ethicspoint.com
This site will allow you to create a unique user ID and set up a password to submit a confidential concern to the hotline provider.
Ethics Hotline Toll-Free Numbers
Within the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico: Dial 1-844-539-2169
Outside the United States: Dial the International Hotline Numbers (where available)
If you elect to report your concerns using the toll-free hotline number, a trained specialist employed by an outside company will listen to your concerns and prepare a report. The report will be forwarded to the appropriate DuPont parties for investigation.
Non-Restricting and Non-Retaliation Policy
We must maintain an environment where concerns of misconduct are brought forward. DuPont will not tolerate prohibiting or restricting the reporting of theft, fraud, waste or abuse of materials, persons or property by DuPont employees or contractors. Furthermore, DuPont will not allow retaliation against anyone who, in good faith, raises a concern, reports suspected misconduct, or provides information related to an inquiry of suspected misconduct. The company will investigate any instances of possible retaliation and discipline employees who have retaliated against someone who has reported possible misconduct.
For DuPont employees, additional information is available via the DuPont intranet ECC website. Employees should also feel comfortable communicating with DuPont Ethics & Compliance directly at ethics@dupont.com.
